Our house Assam Tea has the same bright colour you associate with Assam, but as a flowery orange pekoe whole leafed tea it has a smoother, more delicate flavour.
QUANTITY: 1 - 1.5TSP / 220-250ML
TEMP: The ideal temperature is 90-95ºC (194-205ºF), which is just below the boiling point. You can just boil the water using a simple stove-top kettle and then let it cool for 20 seconds.
