Product Overview

Jasmine tea is prized for its sweetness, barely perfumed fragrance, and delicately achieved flavor balance between the floral blossoms and the delicate tea leaves. Great care and skill go into producing a jasmine tea.

Jasmine blossoms are gathered during midsummer evenings and spread amongst tea leaves over several successive nights. Because dried tea leaves are hygroscopic, they readily absorb floral essences like jasmine. Our orange jasmine green features a high-quality base tea grown in Fujian, which is prized for its high mountain character and elegant sweetness. Refreshingly fragrant, jasmine has been regarded as the perfect digestif tea for centuries.

Like bergamot-infused Earl Grey tea, jasmine tea falls into the industry category of flavored or scented tea. This includes any type of tea that has been flavored or scented with flowers, fruit, spices, oils, extracts, and natural or artificial flavors.

Orange fruit Jasmine Green Tea has a smooth great taste and refreshing aroma. Our tea leaves are picked at the peak of flavor and then blended with flavors of citrus, apples, pineapples and jasmine to give you the perfect cup. Sunshiny citrus brightens up fragrant night-blooming jasmine. It’s a refreshing and rounded sip with a smooth and mellow finish that is as flavorful served hot as it is cooled over ice.

Ingredients: green tea, jasmine flowers, dried apple chunks, dried apple and pineapple chunks.

Brewing Guide: Simply add to your infuser one heaping teaspoon of leaf per 8 oz. of water and place it in your pot, then add the appropriate amount of 190° F water and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the infuser and enjoy. Can be steeped multiple times.

Brewing iced tea: Use the above leaf quantities, but half the water, allow it to cool, then pour it over ice and enjoy! The brew will dilute down to proper strength as the ice melts.
