Where Earl Grey comes on too strong, Virgin Grey tea offers a delicate touch. This zesty loose leaf takes notes from the traditional lemon peel twist. However, Virgin Grey truly blossoms due to the additional infusion of flower petals. The perfect brew for a subtle pick-me-up in the morning or mid-afternoon. Enjoyable with milk or on its own.
Virgin Grey Tea is a delicate balance of flavors that creates an exquisite creamy-floral brew. This loose-leaf black tea is a blend of premium organic black teas flavored with petals, bergamot oil, a touch of organic orange peel. In pairing bergamot with lemon peel, this loose leaf blend packs thrice the citrus.
Brewing guide: Boil fresh spring water in a clean kettle and let it cool to around 208 °F. Add a teaspoon of leaves into a preheated teapot and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and pour into a cup. Add milk and sugar if needed.
If you prefer to drink your tea cold, this blend is great for making iced tea and cold brewing. For cold brewing, add one spoon of tea leaves into a glass pitcher or teapot. Add lukewarm or cold water and steep for at least 6 hours in the fridge. For the best flavor, leave it overnight. Drink within 24 hours.
