Silver Needle is a kind of white tea produced in Fujian Province, China. Among white tea, this is one of the most expensive varieties and the most prized due to its rarity. Only the top buds, known as leaf shoots, are used to produce the tea.
This caffeinated tea is slightly pale yellow in color. The taste is delicate and slightly sweet with notes of honey.
