Powder capsules available on market are usually the mycelium and sometimes fruit body of this mushroom grown on grain (usually a rice substrate) and ground into a capsule. Powders made in this manner are certainly the easiest to manufacture, most widely available and marketed, but the beneficial compounds of these type capsules are less bio-available to the human body than liquid extractions and contain a small percentage of the growing substrate.
