Brewing Guide: Unwrap one mini tuo cha in a 6 oz. cup. Pour hot water (100°C/212°F) into a cup and discard the water when the mini tuo cha starts to break up (approximately 20 seconds). Pour hot water into the cup again and steep for 20 sec. and drink. Refill hot water when you are ready for a second cup.
