China is currently experiencing a prolonged period of extreme summer heat. Despite the challenging conditions, our packing team continues to carefully prepare and pack every order with the same attention and care as always.
To help protect our staff from working during the hottest hours of the day, we have temporarily shortened our packing schedule. As a result, some orders may take a little longer to process than usual.
If you place an order and notice that it has not been processed for several days, please don't worry. We have not forgotten your order. At the moment, a processing delay of up to approximately one week is considered normal.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Taking good care of the people who carefully prepare your tea is important to us, and we believe a short delay is worthwhile to ensure their health and safety.
