Dragon Tea House ships worldwide using trusted international postal and logistics partners, including China Post and other regional carriers where appropriate. Orders are typically dispatched within one week after payment has been received.
Shipping Time
Free international economy shipping generally requires approximately 4–6 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal conditions.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping services, including EMS, are available for most destinations and typically arrive within approximately two weeks. Shipping costs vary based on destination and parcel weight. Please contact us for a shipping quotation.
Tracking Information
All orders shipped by Dragon Tea House include tracking service. Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking updates may require several days to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination country.
Shipping Protection
Optional shipping insurance is available during checkout for customers who would like additional protection against loss or transit damage.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Dragon Tea House only charges for the products purchased and applicable shipping services.
Shipping Delays, Damage & Loss
Customers are encouraged to inspect all packages upon delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact Dragon Tea House within 60 days of delivery. We will work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution.
If a shipment has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, customers may contact us for assistance in investigating the shipment status.
While most shipping issues are resolved quickly, please allow up to 15 days for investigation and claim processing where necessary.
Refunds & Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. All products purchased from Dragon Tea House may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy

Dragon Tea House is unable to provide reimbursement for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the original purchase value of the order.

All returns require prior Return Authorization before being shipped back. Returns sent without authorization may experience delays in processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 15 days for processing once the return has arrived.
Product Availability & Backorders
Dragon Tea House maintains regular inventory replenishment for most teas and teaware products. Occasionally, certain products may become temporarily unavailable due to seasonal production, supplier allocation, or high demand.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified promptly. When applicable, customers may choose to:
