Withdraw from Contract (EU Customers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within the applicable withdrawal period under EU consumer protection laws.

• Once your withdrawal notice has been submitted, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the details of your request and the date and time it was received.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, we will normally cancel it and issue a refund.

• If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we will provide instructions for returning the goods where applicable. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods, including return shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges incurred during the return process. Any such charges paid by us on behalf of the customer may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Submitting this form only notifies us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Any subsequent return or refund process will be handled according to the status of your order and applicable legal requirements.
