Here is our popular High Mountain Green Tea from Sichuan province now scented with jasmine. Our single-origin green tea comes from a tea garden that is situated amid the steep and rocky peaks of the misty Meng mountain in Meng Ding Shan, Sichuan Province, Central China. Meng Ding Mountain is the famous birthplace of tea cultivation high up on the Tibetan Plateau in Sichuan Province. The elevation of the garden is between 800 - 1000m above sea level and, with a lesser amount of sun that is gently diffused through the mist, cooler weather and a high altitude allow the buds to grow steadily with little stress.
Its special blend of quality Sichuan Meng Ding Mountain tea leaves with freshly picked jasmine petals impart a delicate yet very aromatic fragrance and a slightly sweet flavor to the tea. The dry leaf has an intoxicating jasmine fragrance and brews a deep golden liquor with a satisfying taste, floral high notes and a naturally sweet finish. Fresh and fruity with vegetal, umami and floral notes make this a very refreshing choice.
Brewing Guide: We suggest brewing at 80°C for 2-3 minutes according to your taste. It can be brewed around 2-3 times depending on your preference.
