Black tea is produced from withering, rolling, crushing, fully oxidizing and heat-drying the Camellia sinensis leaves. This process changes the leaves from green to coppery-red. It has an amber brew with bold, rich flavor. Black tea powder is suitable for the application of tea beverage (iced black tea, fruit ) and to be used as basic raw material or food additive for cakes, candies, and chocolates. Our organic Black tea powder adopts Yunnan black tea and keemun black tea from China as main raw materials, and processes them through special purification procedure. The super-comminuted product can be dissolved absolutely in water, and that makes the product to preserve its specific taste. Brewing Guide: It is recommended to use a chasen and chashaku. It is prepared with half a teaspoon of black tea powder and approximately 75 ml (2.5 oz) of hot water(80°C/176ºF), which can be whisked to produce froth or not, according to the drinker's preference (or to the traditions of the particular school of tea).
