White tea is a tea made with buds, and, in some cases, young leaves which are sun dried or dried by steaming. Like green, oolong and black tea, white tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant. Oolong and black teas are oxidized before curing, white tea is not oxidized. White tea is a speciality of the Chinese province Fujian.
White tea is an amazingly powerful antioxidant, which makes it a benefit to both immune and circulatory health. Our white tea powder is 100% soluble in water, using the most fresh & tender organic white tea from Fujian province, China as raw material, and 20% of which are strictly guaranteed to be pure silver tip, 50% Baimudan and 30% Shoumei, utter low temperature extraction, with light yellow color and pure elegant aroma. The flavor is light and sweet, however, it doesn't have grassy taste like green tea. White tea contains more active cancer-fighting antioxidants than green tea according to studies.

Brewing Guide: It is recommended to use a chasen and chashaku. It is prepared with half a teaspoon of white tea powder and approximately 75 ml (2.5 oz) of hot water(80°C/176ºF), which can be whisked to produce froth or not, according to the drinker's preference (or to the traditions of the particular school of tea).
