Track Your Order
You can easily check the delivery status of your Dragon Tea House order using one of the methods below.
Method 1 — Track from Your Account (Recommended)
The easiest and most reliable way to track your shipment is through your Dragon Tea House account.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Orders section.
- Select the order you would like to track.
- Open the order details page.
- In the lower right corner you will find the Shipping Details section.
- The last line shows the Tracking Link. Click it to view the latest shipping updates.
This method will automatically open the tracking page for your parcel.
Method 2 — Track on This Page
You may also track your shipment directly on this page by entering your tracking number below.
Tracking Number Format
China Post tracking numbers are typically 13 characters long:
- Two letters at the beginning
- Nine numbers in the middle
- Ending with two letters
Example: RA123456789CN
Tracking Information Not Available?
If tracking information does not appear immediately, please do not worry.
- There may be a short delay between postal scans and online updates.
- Tracking data may take some time to appear after the parcel has been shipped.
- International shipments sometimes update only when arriving in the destination country.
