Green Peony Tea is a special Chinese tea made with unique techniques, which is produced in Huangshan mountain tea areas in An Hui province.
This hand-tied Green Peony Tea is comprised of only young buds grown deep in the mountains among freshwater springs and cool mists. The highest quality leaf and bud sets are picked in the early spring, carefully arranged in the shape of a flower, and then tied with a silk thread. the green peony tea is carefully hand-made by experienced tea artisans who select and arrange the best large tea buds and tie them with a silk thread into the shape of a peony flower.
Green Peony is air-dried and roasted, producing a delicate flavor that is suitable for drinking throughout the day. When covered with hot water, the leaves "blossom" to reveal a sweetly floral aroma and a delicate and smooth flavor.
Brewing guide: One bloom for 8-12 ounces of water. Brew in water temperature of 195 degrees in a glass teapot. In 3-4 minutes, this elegant flower is ready to enjoy.
