This 2012 vintage shou mei tea has passed its first period of storage, the mellow liquor of this white tea is thick and heavy with a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. Each pyramid is about 25 grams.
Brewing Guide: Boil fresh water and cool till 80C. Take a 5g tea for pot 300ml and allow the tea to brew 1 min. Once brewing time is over, pour all tea into the cups. According to the Chinese style of brewing, you can make 6-7 infusions out of one portion.
