Chang Shun GABA Oolong Tea is a Taiwanese-style oolong tea made from tea leaves processed under oxygen-reduced conditions to naturally increase their GABA content. The tea is carefully crafted to retain the characteristic fragrance and smooth, mellow character of oolong tea while developing a distinctive sweet and lightly fruity profile.
The dry leaves have a pleasant roasted and fruity aroma. Once brewed, the tea produces a clear golden liquor with a soft body, gentle sweetness, and subtle roasted notes. The finish is smooth and lingering, making it an easy tea to enjoy throughout the day.
GABA Oolong is especially suitable for tea drinkers who enjoy mellow, low-astringency oolong teas with a rounded mouthfeel and a naturally sweet aftertaste.
Brewing Guide:
Use approximately 5–7g of tea for 150–200ml of water. Brew with 90–95°C (194–203°F) water for about 30–60 seconds for the first infusion, then adjust the steeping time according to taste. The leaves can be infused multiple times.
