The fresh leaves of this tea are picked in spring 2004 after which the tea goes through fermentation and refining. The small but delicious portion size of each of the mini tuo cha makes them the perfect convenient treat for those who want pressed tea but have no means to break it.
Very special bamboo shell packaging for mini tuo cha. As a result of long time aging, the brewed tea has a mellow and smooth taste with a hint of sweet fragrance.
Brewing Guide: One tuo-cha is good for a small pot or several cups over. Simply unwrap the tissue covering, place the tuo-cha in the chosen vessel and pour rolling boil water (212°). Or Heat water until just below boiling (190° - 205°). Refresh with water as often as desired.
