A fantastic white tea from Yunnan. Harvested in early spring, this white tea is produced in the Yunnan Province of China, the birthplace of tea, and is made from only the bud of the tea bush. Comprised of beautifully long tips of the tea plant, this white tea imparts a silky smooth body and captivating aroma. With pure nearly-opened buds covered in down-white hairs, this tea is as beautiful to look at as it is to taste! Blended with white rose petals, the tea is infused with a rose extract that leaves a lovely aftertaste.
Light and laced with romance, this elegant combination of the finest white tea is fragrant with the scent of love. Once steeped, the tea has a faint jade green hue and a strong floral aroma that gives a pleasant, sweet taste. With delicate sweetness and melon-like flavor, it has subtle floral notes and a lingering complexity telling of the terroir of Yunnan.
Brewing Guide: Steep 2 heaped tsp in 100-300ml (80°C) water for 3 minutes. Suitable for several infusions.
For Cold Brew: 2 heaped tsp per cup of cold water in a cold brew pot or pitcher. Allow steeping overnight.
