Pu-erh tea leaves and lotus leaves are compressed into bird's nest shapes and individually wrapped. This compressed Pu-erh from Yunnan has a fresh, distinct aroma that emanates from the slow unraveling of its unique bowl shape. High in antioxidants & probiotics, one piece is good for a small pot or several cups over.
Fresh with light natural lotus leaf fragrance. Fresh and brisk taste, slight bitterness with a sweet aftertaste.
Brewing Guide: One tuo-cha is good for a small pot or several cups over. Simply unwrap the tissue covering, place the tuo-cha in the chosen vessel and pour rolling boil water (212°). Or Heat water until just below boiling (190° - 205°). Refresh with water as often as desired.
