Product Overview

Bi Luo Chun is a famous Jasmine green tea. It is famous for its delicate appearance, floral aroma, showy white hair, and early harvest. Jasmine Bi Luo Chun is a highly fragrant blend, that is equally beautiful to behold. This fine Jasmine green tea was scented in the traditional way by layering jasmine blossoms between fresh harvested green tea leaves repeatedly. The result is a remarkably balanced tea that pairs the sweet, umami flavor of the Bi Luo Chun with just the perfect amount of jasmine.

Our premium grade Jasmine Bi Luo Chun is made of early spring harvest from the high mountain in the Sichuan area. It is very tippy tea, meaning it contains a large number of pure buds as opposed to more mature leaves. This contributes to the sweetness of the tea.

The scenting of the tea is a unique process that takes several days, resulting in an exquisite cup of jasmine tea. The Jasmine flowers are picked in misty twilight when they are the most fragrant and blended with green tea leaves. The delicate, sweet scent of jasmine petals melds with the rich flavor of green tea. This jasmine tea retains some dried jasmine flowers, you can see the beautiful flowers unfolding in the water.

Upon opening your Jasmine Bi Luo Chun, your senses will be wonderfully enticed by the rich jasmine fragrance of the blend! The tippy leaves range in color from silvery tips to silvery green, with large white jasmine blossoms sprinkled throughout. The liquor is clear and bright. Its clean texture is indicative of the region’s taste profile: delicate and well-rounded. The cup is balanced in green tea with pronounced vegetal notes and sweet yet savory touch. It has a long-lasting bold aromatic jasmine floral note with every sip.

Brewing Guide: We suggest brewing at 80°C for 2-3 minutes according to your taste. It can be brewed around 2-3 times depending on your preference.
