Anji White Tea is produced in Anji County, Hu Zhou City in Zhejiang Province. It does not actually belong to Chinese white tea, instead, it is a kind of Chinese green tea.
It has a fresh and long-lasting aroma and taste. The taste is very smooth and mellow, with a sweet aftertaste, there is no bitterness and astringency, even in the last sip from the cup bottom.

1. Start by rinsing a gaiwan or teacup with hot water. Swirl the hot water around to warm the cup.
2. Take 1 pack of ShiFeng An Ji Bai Cha tea and place them in a tea strainer and set in the gaiwan.
3. Fill the teacup with water around 80°C (176°F).
4. Let the tea leaves steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Enjoy your cup of tea!
Increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion.
