It is an oolong with a creamy texture and divine floral notes. This oolong holds up to a surprising number of re-steepings, rewarding the palette with various incarnations of sweet, smooth, tangy, and lively flavors.
Brewing Guide: Use about 1-1 ½ teaspoon of tea leaves per cup of water. Bring water to a boil and let it cool down to 194-203°F. Brew tea leaves for 1-2 minutes. Re-steep.
