This product is made of high-quality red dated produced in Xinjiang Province with the modernized food production technology of stoning, selecting, vacuum soaking, freezing, vacuum dewatering under low temperature and microwave sterilization. This product is sweet and soft.
1. Rinse the dates. Boil 1 cup of water. When the water is boiled, add the dates and water into a cup. Let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add honey and stir well.
You can also add slices of ginger or Goji to your drink.
Combine butter, dates and brown sugar (or Splenda) in a saucepan. Cook over LOW heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove and add vanilla, nuts, coconut and rice cereal. Stir until well blended.
