1. Rinse the dates. Boil 1 cup of water. When the water is boiled, add the dates and water into a cup. Let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add honey and stir well.
You can also add slices of ginger or Goji to your drink.
Combine butter, dates and brown sugar (or Splenda) in a saucepan. Cook over LOW heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
