Black tea is one of the six major teas and a tea cultivated in China. Hunnan is China's largest production base of black tea while Baishaxi tea plant, Anhua is the birthplace of black tea. Anhua black gross tea adoptstraditional drying method by wood fire while in primary processing. It has the fame of 'tea as amber' and 'color as iron, with extraordinary fragrance'. It is the traditional drying by wood fire that brings forth the unique quality of Anhua black tea.
The order includes three different types of Hunan black teas, 40 grams each pack, 240 grams in total. They are:
Fu Zhuan Cha. It is traditional to make a Fu Zhuan with all stems and leaves chopped up. It's best to drink it after a heavy meal, for example, a greasy steak or BBQ.
Hua Zhuan Cha. Also known as Qian Liang Cha, it is produced in the form of a huge cylinder weighing roughly 40 kg, literally Thousand Tael (approx 1.3 ounce) Tea.
Hei Zhuan Cha. Hei zhuan tea is named for its dark green raw material. Adopt Anhua high quality black gross tea as raw material, refined through procedures like crashing, sifting, zymolysis, braising, pressing and drying, etc.
Brewing Guide: use tea knife to take 10 grams tea from the brick, put it in 500ml boiling water for 3 mimutes, strain the tea and serve it immediately.
