Product Overview
The purple bud varietal is a rare type of tea found growing on the slopes of Yunnan. The purple bud is not in fact a variety of its own, but rather a mutation of the big leaf puerh varietal. As the name would suggest, the leaves of the plant are literally purple; the colour ranges from red to very dark- almost black purple. Honey and floral notes.
