Grain tea is a roasted-grain-based infusion made from different grains. It is a staple across many East Asian countries such as China, Japan, and Korea. A tasty drink made from 100% organic, nutritious grains. It soothes the stomach by neutralizing spicy and salty food, clears the mouth of food remnants, and promotes digestion. Brewed with native grains, including purple rice, red bean and pearl barley, our clean and healthy grain tea can be enjoyed anytime anywhere.
Roasted grain teas are rich in antioxidants and Vitamins A and C, aiding in overall physical health. They act as a detoxifier-barley tea naturally contains pyrazine, which helps prevent blood coagulation and improves circulation. Grain tea also contains melatonin, tryptophan, and amino acids to help you relax and feel at peace. Ultimately though, it’s just delicious.

Grain tea is not a "tea" in the traditional sense and is not made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, like black tea or green tea. It is brewed just from grains, which do not contain any caffeine. Therefore barley tea is completely caffeine-free.
Roasted grain teas are made by roasting grains until they are caramel and chocolate in color and give off a nutty, sweet aroma. The most common and traditional ingredient is barley, but at Dragon Tea House we use a blend of roasted pearl barley, red bean and purple rice to produce a tea that has a balance of roasted, nutty, earthy, sweet, and refreshing notes–just the way we like it.
It’s blended with organic ingredients that complement the deep flavor of our grains. And by the way, we use no artificial flavors in our teas, all flavors come straight from the source. It has a toasty and nutty flavor.
Brewing Guide: This tea pair well with many flavor profiles and are delicious both hot and cold.
From Cold Water
Put 1 bag of this product in a water pot for 1 liter of water.
Put it in the refrigerator and let it cool.
It will be ready in about 2 hours, so take out the Tea Bag and enjoy it.
From Hot Water
Add 1 bag of this product to 1 liter of boiling water.
Boil for 2 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Leave it for about 3.5 minutes and it will be ready. Carefully take out the teabag. Please be careful about boiling water.
