- The grade represents the size of the root. 1st grade is the highest level and 8th grade is the lowest one. The higher the grade, the bigger the root.
Dosage:
3g per day.
New users are recommended to start by taking a reduced dose for one month to get their body accustomed to the efficacies of Red Ginseng.
Children aged 3 to 15 years old are recommended to consume half the regular dosage recommended for adults.
Ensure you drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
Directions:
Sliced or powdered, infused in water or cooked according to individual preference Guide to home decocting of red gienseng roots.
Prepare the required Red Ginseng roots and water (use approximately 2 liters of water per 100g of Red Ginseng roots).
Bring water to a boil. Put Red Ginseng roots in boiling water. Lower fire to keep water temperature at about 85-95℃. Do not keep the water boiling.
Decoct for 2-3 hours.
If not drinking immediately, keep the remaining decoction refrigerated. Use as soon as possible.
