Product Overview
Junshan Yinzhen, one of China’s ten famous teas, is a rare yellow tea produced on Junshan Island in Yueyang, Hunan Province. This tea is made exclusively from tender buds harvested before the Qingming Festival, ensuring exceptional freshness and aroma. Each bud is evenly shaped, covered with fine golden hairs, and exudes a delicate orchid fragrance.
The tea liquor is bright yellow and crystal-clear, with a mellow, sweet, and lingering taste unique to yellow tea. Packed in 6 convenient sachets (4g each), totaling 24g, this Supreme Grade Pre-Qingming Junshan Yinzhen is ideal for savoring or gifting, offering an authentic experience of one of China’s most precious teas.
Brewing Guide:
Use one 4g sachet for each brew. Pour the contents into a glass cup or gaiwan to fully appreciate the beauty of the tea buds standing upright and gently rising and falling in the water.
Use fresh spring or purified water heated to about 85°C. First, pour a small amount of hot water to rinse the tea for about 10 seconds, then discard this water. After that, fill the cup about 70% full with hot water and let the tea steep for around 1 minute before drinking.
