If you are unable to find your order in your account, it may be because the order was placed using Guest Checkout.
When an order is submitted through Guest Checkout, the purchase is completed without logging into a registered customer account. In this case, the order is successfully received by our system and will be processed and shipped as usual. However, since the order was not associated with a logged-in account at the time of purchase, it will not appear in the order history of your registered account.
Please note that if you create an account after placing a guest order, the previous order will not automatically be linked to the newly created account.
What you can do
Check your order confirmation email
After the order is placed, a confirmation email containing your order details is automatically sent to the email address used during checkout.
Track your shipment
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking link.

• Order number
• Email address used during checkout
• Recipient name
