Product Overview

Classical 58 is a hot-selling product of Yunnan Fengpai black tea. In 1958, Fengqing Yunnan Dianhong made Super Gongfu black tea and participated in a professional tea auction in London. It won the auction at that time. To commemorate this historical time, Dianhong Classical 58 was born in Fengqing County, which is the center of the origin of Dianhong tea.

Fengqing County, which has become a famous Dian Hong hometown, is one of the top ten tea-producing counties in China. Fengqing has a long history of making tea, and is the birthplace of Yunnan black tea. There are ancient tea trees cultivated with an age of more than 3,200 years, more than 20,000 acres of ancient tea gardens and more than 30,000 acres of wild ancient tea trees.

The tea factory of Fengpai Classical 58 is called Yunnan Dianhong Group. The predecessor of Dianhong Group was Fengqing Tea Factory. The history can be traced back to 1939, when it was called Shunning Tea Factory. The founder is Mr. Feng Shaoqiu. Dianhong Group has its own planting base in Fengqing, with an altitude of 919-3098 meters. The Lancang River traverses it, with rolling hills, wild ancient tea trees form forests, and the ecological environment is superior. The raw materials of the Classical 58 Dianhong tea of ___eng brand come from here.

In terms of production, Classical 58 has to go through five traditional processes: picking, withering, rolling, fermentation and drying. Feng Brand Classic 58 is a bright pearl in the history of Dianhong. From the birthplace of tea, this classical, high-grown, golden tippy Yunnan is one of the most prized China black teas in the world. The classical 58 has lots of orange pekoe along with the dry leaves and brews up with an absolutely lovely rich taste and warm mouthfeel, a gentle, sweet honey aroma and no bitterness. The full-bodied infusion of this loose leaf tea is deep red with molasses-like sweetness, a subtle milkiness and a light coppery finish. Exquisitely smooth and malty with pleasing floral overtones and a tinge of citrus.

Brewing Guide:

Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Add 3 grams of tea, then pour 6 oz water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Water temperature, do not use just boiling water, general black tea we use 85 ~ 90 ° C water to brew, Classical 58 uses the range of the lowest 85 ° C. The brewed tea has low bitterness and is more likely to show the characteristics of mellow sweetness.
