100% domestic ingredients. In order to realize a slightly different and luxurious taste, we use 3 types of barley, mainly "Ichibanboshi * (characteristic: unique sweet taste)", Rojo barley (characteristic: fragrant aroma), Nijo barley (characteristic: sweet aroma).
What is Ichibanboshi?
Planting area: Centered on Shikoku. Features: Stable yield and quality are evaluated, and it is mainly used for food. Used in old barley tea, it has a sweet taste.
For 500 ml that can be drunk deliciously. Convenient for both my bottle and Kyusu.
Uses a non-woven fabric filter with excellent extractability.
