A sweet and soft green tea made from 100% "Yamecha" from Fukuoka Prefecture.
"Yamecha" is mainly produced in Yame City, Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture and Hirokawa Town, Yame District. It is characterized by its rich richness and umami, which is famous as the production center of gyokuro.
Feature 1 "Mainly used for lightly steamed tea" The shape and soft taste of tea leaves are made by shortening the steaming time of tea leaves.
Feature 2 "New after-fire finish" We have evolved the "after-fire finish" in which tea leaves are divided according to size and weight and then fired. Furthermore, by burning the tea leaves according to the ingredients, we made the best use of the characteristics of the tea and brought out the deliciousness even more.
