Brewing Guide: To prepare the tea, 5 grams chrysanthemum buds are steeped in hot water (usually 90 to 95 degrees Celsius after cooling from a boil) in either a teapot, or a cup. Often rock sugar is added, and occasionally also wolfberries. Add a little more honey will increase the flavour of the tea, it can also be mixed with other tea such as pu'er.
