Description: White tea is a type of tea that has a delicate flavor and is naturally low in caffeine. It is harvested at the start of the season, and is comprised of buds and new leaves. Brewing Guide: To properly brew the seeds, you should ideally use 1 teaspoon of seeds for 8oz of water. Brew at 194 ºF (90 ºC) for 1 to 2 minutes. If you prefer the flavor to be stronger, you may extend the brewing time for up to 3 or 4 minutes. However it is very important that you keep the water well below boiling so that you do not remove the beneficial nutrients and delicious flavor of it.
