Jingmai Mountain is located in Yunnan Province, it's a renowned tea region famous for its ancient tea gardens and unique ecological environment.
As a 2008 vintage, this ripe Pu'er tea has undergone years of aging, leading to a more stable inner quality, richer tea liquor, and deeper aroma. It exhibits prominent earthy notes and a sweet, soothing character. The tea liquor is rich, bright red, and clear, offering a silky smooth taste with a sweet aftertaste. It boasts a strong aged aroma with a complex flavor profile, especially appealing to those who enjoy warm and mellow teas.
These bricks are compact and delicate, ideal for single-use brewing and easy to carry. No need for measuring; it is perfect for daily consumption or travel.
Brewing Guide: Gently unwrap and place the mini tea brick in your brewing vessel. Pour boiling water over the tea and quickly discard the water after 5–10 seconds. Add water (around 95°C/203°F) and steep for 10–15 seconds. Pour the tea into your cup or a fair cup (serving pitcher) to ensure even distribution. Gradually increase the steeping time for each brew (e.g., by 5–10 seconds per infusion).
For the best experience, use a Yixing clay teapot or gaiwan.
