Made of sturdy tempered glass which is able to withstand high temperatures. This gaiwan is made by very specialized glassblowers. Glass gaiwan brewing pots allow you to observe the tea leaves curl, darken, and dance as they come into contact with hot water. You can also see the brew take on nuanced and tinted hues with each successive brew.
