Brewing Guide: Steep tea leaves in hot water at 80C/176F to 90C/194F for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
Kuding tea leaves can be steeped for several times and it i recommended to reduce the amount of tea leaves to one or two if it is the first time of drinking this tea. Doing this can help reduce bitterness and make it more acceptable for most people.
