This tea is cultivated only in Morokozawa, Okawa district, in the upper reaches of the Warashina River in Shizuoka City, and the bright yellow sprouts that overturn common sense are surprising.
It has a mellow taste with plenty of umami and aroma.
Start with water, then with hot water from the 3rd roast, and enjoy up to the 8th roast.
