Product Overview
Picked on the first clear day of the Spring Oolong season in the famed Wuyi Mountains of Northern Fujian, China. Hand picked from a very fragrant tea tree varietal, this premium Oolong offers nuances of spiced plums with a rich, lingering finish in the mouth. The farm that makes this tea uses highly regarded old plots that have been cultivated for centuries.
To Enjoy: Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the kettle off, before it boils, when you hear the water rumbling. Add the hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 3 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.
