Roasted Sencha is a characterful sencha from Shizuoka that undergoes extra roasting during finishing. this Roasted Sencha undergoes additional baking during the finishing process to impart a lovely toasted character and to further balance the flavors. The baking is stronger than on most sencha green teas.

Brewing Guide: A low brewing temperature, as well as a short infusion time, can make it mellow. 70C (158F) is at the low end of the temperature scale for sencha, but it unlocks a mellow flavor profile in this tea.
