Description: Fujian is a province on the southeast coast of China, one of the most important regions in the world both in total tea output, production of high-quality artisan teas, and development of different styles of tea and methods of tea production. Fujian has a subtropical climate, with some rainfall year-round, but with a drier winter and wetter summer. An overwhelming majority of the province is mountainous; Fujian is also the most heavily forested province of China, with a forest coverage rate of about 63%. A tremendous diversity of types of tea originated here. Tian Shan is a mountain located in Ningde, Fujian. Tea cultivation has long been an important industry of Ningde. Famous brands include the Tianshan Green Tea, Baihao Silver-Needle Tea, Fenghuangshe, Lianyue Flower Tea and Xianyan Snow Peak.

Cautiously hand-picked in the mountain region, Tian Shan green tea is especially wealthy in flavor, and antioxidants. The dry leaves of this wonderful tea are wavy and green with pale leaves intermixed; they are exceptionally sweet-smelling. The green and silver tippy leaves of this green tea have a distinctive twisted shape. The dry leaves have a characteristic strong yet pleasant aroma.

The steeped tea is sweet and light with a mix of floral and fruity notes that lingers in your mouth. This organic tea gives a yellow olive-green liquor with a generous, rich, sweet and smooth flavor. The sweet fragrance from slightly twisted leaves buds of Fujian green tea with its stimulating and relaxing taste. The liquor is pale and very delicate with a floral and vegetal fragrance. This tea has a refreshing taste with a lovely light profile. Tian Shan green tea is the perfect tea to give an energizing start to your daily activities.

Brewing Guide: We recommend using glass-based or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2 grams of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) for every 150ml of water. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 70°c (158°F) to 80°c (176°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
