Our Chrysanthemum flowers are 100% wild grown to ensure that they are of the highest quality. Pearl Chrysanthemum is produced entirely from young unopened buds of chrysanthemum flowers. The chrysanthemum buds are air-dried under full sun. During the dry season, the sun is harsh and strong, and the buds bask in its heat for two days before they are packed for ripening.
The tea brewed from the dried flowers has a golden hue and a mild, flowery flavor similar to chamomile. The tea has a light floral aroma and a gentle sweetness.
Brewing Guide: To make your own chrysanthemum tea, place a spoon of chrysanthemum flowers in a cup or teapot and pour boiling water over them. Allow the flowers to steep for several minutes until the tea turns a golden yellow color. Add sugar, if desired.
