Carefully stone-milled in the traditional method, the powder is ultra-fine with a vibrant emerald hue. The brewed tea delivers a smooth, creamy texture with rich umami, subtle sweetness, and a lingering finish. Brewing Guide: Sift about 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps. Heat water to about 75–80°C (167–176°F). Add around 60–70 ml (2–2.5 oz) of hot water to the bowl.
