Product Overview
Cha Guo Ke, which belongs to the subsidiary tea of Liupao tea, is a special type of tea. In the past, most of the tea farmers were poor, and the thrifty tea farmers made tea from the worthless tea husks for drinking. The fruit of Liubao tea tree blooms in November until late October of the following year. After the tea fruit is picked, it must be exposed to the sun. After drying, the tea fruit cracks, and most of the tea seeds are separated from the shell. Because tea seeds are bitter, only the shells are preserved and can be drunk after many years of aging, that is Cha Guo Ke.
Simply brewing in gaiwan or pot, the tea husk will not be very flavorful, and it must be cooked to "taste out the flavor". The Cha Guo Ke should be washed with water first, especially that they have been placed for a certain year should be cleaned to remove dust, and then rinsed several times with warm water.
The soup color of the tea is reddish with brown, and there is a special tea fragrance, which is very inner, and the tea taste is mellow and sweet. It is different from the Liubao tea, but it has another "tea flavor". When you taste it carefully, it is a new feeling that is unique.
Brewing Guide: weighing between 2-4g of tea, put it in a kettle. Add 500ml water and heat it to 100°C or 210°F, boil it for 15 minutes and serve.
