Four Seasons Spring, also known as Si Ji Chun, is a lightly oxidized oolong tea variety developed in the late 20th century in Mingjian Township, Nantou County, Taiwan. True to its name, this tea can be harvested throughout all four seasons, making it a favorite among farmers and tea lovers alike.
This tea is celebrated for its vibrant floral aroma, often reminiscent of orchid or jasmine blossoms. The liquor is golden-yellow and crystal clear, offering a smooth, refreshing taste with a lingering floral sweetness. Its approachable flavor profile and balanced character make it ideal for both seasoned connoisseurs and those new to oolong teas.
Grown at mid-to-low altitudes, Four Seasons Spring tea delivers consistent quality and a bright fragrance, whether enjoyed hot or cold. It is especially popular in modern tea drinks and cold brews due to its naturally sweet and fragrant character.
