Brewing guide: One cake of leaf to provide plenty of flavor for 8-128 ounces of water. A quick rinse with water just below boiling will awaken the leaves. Then steep it briefly, about 2 minutes and enjoy. A great tea for serving Gong Fu style. It can be steeped for longer for more taste without bitterness. Leaves will steep multiple times.
