Product Overview
Sweetie Yunnan Forest White Tea is made from old tea trees growing in pristine forests at an altitude of around 1,790 meters in Yunnan. Nurtured by misty mountains and an untouched ecological environment, the deep-rooted old trees accumulate rich natural compounds, giving this white tea a gentle yet expressive character.
Produced using the traditional white tea process, the leaves are neither pan-fired nor rolled, allowing their natural vitality to be preserved. After careful steaming, the tea is lightly pressed into small mini cakes. The compact shape makes it easy to carry and brew, while also supporting slow aging and further flavor development over time.
The dry tea shows naturally shaped leaves with silvery tones and light brown hues. Once brewed, the liquor is clear and bright, displaying a soft light apricot color. The taste is smooth and mellow, with a natural sweetness from the first sip, complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle forest aroma. The aftertaste is long-lasting, leaving a refreshing and cooling sensation in the throat. With subsequent infusions, the sweetness becomes deeper and more layered.
The mini pressed cake format is ideal for daily drinking, office use, or travel. One cake per session makes brewing simple and consistent. It is well-suited for both newcomers to white tea and experienced tea drinkers who appreciate high-mountain forest teas with a clean, naturally sweet profile.
Brewing Guide:
Use one mini cake (about 6 g). Brew with water at 90–95°C. A quick rinse is recommended. For subsequent infusions, adjust the steeping time according to taste. The tea is durable and can be brewed multiple times with a stable flavor.
