Jujube tea is made from fresh bud of the jujube tree. Jujube leaves tea has been a traditional remedy for more than 4,000 years and remains a valuable and impressively healthy beverage.

This caffeine-free herbal infusion is picked from wild growing jujube plants and processed similarly to green tea. Not only does Jujube lack stimulating properties, but it also goes the totally opposite direction by relaxing the mind and body. It has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a nerve tonic.

The most important benefits of jujube leave tea may include its possible ability to relieve constipation, strengthen the immune system, boost bone health and increase circulation, among others.
